Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy
We deliver only to Switzerland and Lichtenstein, EU, UK and USA. If you live in another country, but still want to order an article from our collection, then contact us for a custom offer.
Please be aware that you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
Within Switzerland and Lichtenstein, your order will be shipped within 2-5 working days via Swiss Post. For orders with a merchandise value of less than CHF 100.-, we charge shipping costs of CHF 7.90.
For a merchandise value of more than CHF 100.- we deliver your order for free.
If an article is not physically in stock with us, it cannot be ordered in principle. In very rare cases, however, there may be differences in the stock adjustment. If we cannot deliver an item ordered by you immediately, we will contact you as soon as possible.
In case of transport damage please contact us within 7 days after receipt of the goods, so that we can find a solution for you and our logistics.
At Checkout, customers outside Switzerland will be able to deduct 8% of the VAT - Use code TAXFREE2021
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please inform us by e-mail at email@example.com that you want to return a product.
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchase, but not the original freight if levied. All products must be returned in their original packaging. The product and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products.
If after the 14 day period, you have any damages or notice something faulty. We offer you the possibility to repair your product. You will have to ship it back to us and we will charge you up to 35% of the piece cost depending on the problem and type of repair that needs to be done.
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of your order. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 15% of the total amount of the item, and applies only before the item has been shipped. If your product has been already shipped, then the regular returns policy applies.
Protsah always delivers goods of impeccable quality. In the case of deficiencies notified in due time, Prostaah shall assume the warranty for freedom from defects in the item purchased by the customer during the statutory warranty period. It is at the discretion of Protsaah to provide the warranty by free repair, equivalent replacement or by refund of the purchase price. Further claims are excluded.
The warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear as well as the consequences of improper handling or damage by the customer or third parties as well as defects which are due to external circumstances and force majeure. Likewise, the warranty for consumable and wear parts is waived.
