Delivery Times & Shipping Costs
We ship via Swiss Post from Zürich. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after the order confirmation date, provided the item is in stock. For all pieces marked as "pre-order", production time may take up to 5 weeks.
- Tracking is included on all orders. You will receive a Swiss Post tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- Free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order meets the threshold for your region.
- We always do our best to ensure your purchase reaches you as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that external factors (such as courier delays or customs checks) may occasionally affect delivery times.
- For shipments outside Switzerland, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply. As we are a small business, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and may also extend delivery times. We cannot be held liable for these costs and delays.
