This form is for PROTSAAH pieces purchased more than 30 days ago. There is no upper time limit — pieces from any year are welcome. For purchases within 30 days, please use our self-service returns portal.

Before you fill in the form

Do not ship your piece yet. Once we receive your form, we'll email you with shipping instructions. Only send your item after you've received that email.

Photos are required. Upload clear images from multiple angles. Submissions without photos cannot be processed.

Earrings: Send the full pair — even if only one is damaged. We cannot process a single earring.

What Happens Next

You'll receive a confirmation email once your form is submitted.
We'll review your request and email you with shipping instructions — only send your piece after receiving this.
Once we receive your piece, our team assesses it within 5–7 business days and emails you with a recommendation.
Nothing proceeds and nothing is charged without your approval.
