Baroque takes its name from barroco, the Portuguese word for an irregular pearl, long before it named an era in art. The pearl is a creamy white with a soft lustre. Here a textured disc sits at the lobe and a long cascade falls below it, three thin hammered discs alternating with four oval pearls on a fine wire.
