Baroque Pearl Cascade Statement Earrings · Silver

Baroque takes its name from barroco, the Portuguese word for an irregular pearl, long before it named an era in art. The pearl is a creamy white with a soft lustre, cooler beside silver. Here a textured disc sits at the lobe and a long cascade falls below it, three thin hammered discs alternating with four oval pearls on a fine wire.

Reach for it when you want length that moves. Metal and pearl alternate the whole way down, so the drop takes light in two different ways. Long, alternating, light.

• Pearls and hammered discs alternating down the drop
• Moves with every turn of the head
• Smooth push-back post, steady all evening

Handcrafted by master silversmiths in Protsaah's own workshop in Jaipur, where every maker is paid 30 to 40% above the local market rate.

A white pearl works on every skin tone, eye colour and hair colour, because it adds light rather than colour, and the metal around it sets the temperature. It is the piece to reach for when the outfit already has its colour.

If you want colour, the same design comes in every coloured stone in the collection. Not sure? Write to us at hello@protsaah.com and Salonie will recommend your stone personally.
