RETURNS

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer a 30-day returns for all customers. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

    • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage (preferably ship in a hard box and not an envelope, especially in case of earrings and rings)
    • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

All below items are non-returnable:

    • Gift cards

All orders must be returned to the listed address only. Please inform us by e-mail at clientrelations@protsaah.com that you want to return a product with your invoice or order confirmation email.

You must pay for the shipping to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products.


EXCHANGE

We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers. Please have your order confirmation email/ purchase invoice or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.

International exchange

Due to various reasons (including, without limitation, different jewelry collections, different taxes, different price structure, local legal requirements, logistic reasons) PROTSAAH does not have an international exchange or refund policy. As a result, we are thus unable to exchange, substitute, or refund products purchased abroad.


REFUND

Please note your return will be processed within 10-15 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse/ store. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email! However, it may take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days for the fund to appear on your end.

Please note PROTSAAH cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. Upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse, it will take up to 10-15 business days for the returns team to process and send you a return confirmation email.

  1. Credit Card 

From the day the return is processed by the returns team, depending on your bank, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end. Should you have cancelled your credit card or reissued a new one, the amount will be transferred by the bank.

  1. Debit Visa Card
  • Online purchases made with Debit Visa Card will be processed as a credit card, and will take around 5-10 business days for the refund amount to appear on your end.
  • In-store purchase returns originally paid with Debit Visa Card must be processed in-store with the card present. The refund will be processed same day.
  1. Paypal

Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the fund on your bank account!

  1. Gift Card

Should you have purchased an item using a digital or physical gift card and later returned for a refund, we’ll issue the amount as a store credit to your PROTSAAH account. If you have yet made an account, you can create one by clicking the Sign In button.
