Pink Chalcedony Mini Charm Hoop Earrings · Silver

Pink chalcedony takes its blush from traces of manganese, the rarest colour in the chalcedony family. It is a pale blush pink, translucent and milky, and silver keeps it cool. Here a small faceted pink chalcedony sits in a slim silver bezel charm that slides on and off a mini hoop, so you wear the hoop plain or with the stone.

Reach for it when you want one pair that does two jobs. Slide the charm off for a plain silver mini hoop, slide it on and the blush reads quiet rather than sweet. Pale pink today, plain hoop tomorrow.

• Pale blush pink that never reads sweet
• Charm slides off, hoop stays on
• Push-back post, light enough to forget

Handcrafted by master silversmiths in Protsaah's own workshop in Jaipur, where every maker is paid 30 to 40% above the local market rate.

Pink chalcedony is a cool, pale pink that sits best on cool or fair skin and picks up blue, grey and green eyes, where it reads as a soft warmth beside them. Blonde, ash brown and silver hair keep it crisp.

For warm or olive tones, carnelian or citrine in the same charm hoop brings the warmth the blush lacks. Not sure? Write to us at hello@protsaah.com and Salonie will recommend your stone personally.
