Baroque Pearl Hammered Drop Earrings · Gold

Baroque takes its name from barroco, the Portuguese word for an irregular pearl, long before it named an era in art. The pearl is a creamy white with a soft lustre. Here a hand-hammered teardrop sits at the lobe with a flat baroque pearl hanging below it on a fine wire, so metal and nacre take the light differently.

Reach for it when a plain pearl drop feels too formal. The hammered top adds a texture the pearl cannot. Texture above, lustre below.

• Hammered metal above, soft pearl below
• Texture and lustre in the same earring
• Smooth push-back post, steady all day

Handcrafted by master silversmiths in Protsaah's own workshop in Jaipur, where every maker is paid 30 to 40% above the local market rate.

A white pearl works on every skin tone, eye colour and hair colour, because it adds light rather than colour, and the metal around it sets the temperature. It is the piece to reach for when the outfit already has its colour.

If you want colour, the same design comes in every coloured stone in the collection. Not sure? Write to us at hello@protsaah.com and Salonie will recommend your stone personally.
