Multi-Gemstone Leaf Disc Stud Earrings · Gold

Mixed-stone jewellery goes back to Georgian acrostic pieces, where the stones were chosen to spell a word. Here six tiny stones are scattered across two overlapping leaf forms, the metal between them pierced into an open lace. Blue topaz, nephrite jade, pink opal, green onyx, iolite and rainbow moonstone, flush-set in gold.

Reach for it when you cannot settle on one stone. The colours read as a scatter of light rather than a set of gems. Six stones, one small disc.

• Six colours scattered across an openwork disc
• Goes with anything, because it contains everything
• Smooth push-back post, nothing to snag

Handcrafted by master silversmiths in Protsaah's own workshop in Jaipur, where every maker is paid 30 to 40% above the local market rate.

A mixed-stone chain carries warm and cool colours at once, so it works on every skin tone, eye colour and hair colour, and the metal sets the temperature. It is the piece to reach for when you cannot settle on one stone.

If you want one colour instead, any single stone in the same stud gives the quieter version. Not sure? Write to us at hello@protsaah.com and Salonie will recommend your stone personally.
