Chalcedony takes its name from Chalcedon, the ancient port facing Byzantium, prized by Roman carvers for cameos. Aqua chalcedony is a milky aqua blue, translucent, and gold brings out its teal undertone. Here thirteen small faceted aqua chalcedony rounds sit in gold bezels spaced along a fine cable chain, so the colour reads as a line of dots, no pendant.
