Seed pearls are the smallest pearls of all, once strung on horsehair by the hundred for Georgian and Victorian jewellery. The pearl is a creamy white with a soft lustre. Here a ring of seed pearls circles below the lobe on a fine chain that threads through the ear, with a small bar at the other end to hold the length.

Reach for it when you want to set the length yourself. Pull the chain through until the circle sits where you want it. One earring, many lengths.

Handcrafted by master silversmiths in Protsaah's own workshop in Jaipur, where every maker is paid 30 to 40% above the local market rate.
