Moonstone was worn in Rome as a stone believed to hold moonlight. Rainbow moonstone is milky white with a blue and violet sheen that shifts with the angle, translucent. Here a faceted rainbow moonstone teardrop hangs in a slim gold bezel from a chain fine enough to disappear, with three fixed rings at the clasp for three lengths.
Reach for it when you want one stone at the collarbone and nothing else. The chain vanishes, the teardrop reads alone, and the blue sheen moves whenever it does. Moonlight at the collarbone, worn every day.
